Over 400 labels kept in the restaurant’s cellars are the result of the continuous research of Matteo and Nino Bentivegna. Ample space is reserved for Sicily and the most important Italian, French and German regions. The different bottles, chosen one by one, make up the wine list of the Three Valleys created by the late Michele Pintacuda for our restaurant, considered among the most important exponents of the Italian food and wine sector.
At the end of the meal do not get up before asking about our selection of Whiskey, Rum, Cognac, Armagnac as well as a wide selection of grappas, bitters, liqueur wines and a reserve of great vintages of Marsala.
